Chelsea managed to advance to the semi-finals of the FA Cup, by beating Manchester United 1-0. A goal from N’golo Kante secured Chelsea's win over Manchester United who were weakened by the absence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic due to suspension, and the sending off of midfielder Ander Herrera. Chelsea's striker Diego Costa has raised a few eyebrows because of his controversial interview with El Partidazo de COPE.

In a phone interview with El Partidazo de COPE, Costa shared his opinion on the fight between Antonio Conte and Jose Mourinho, and also suggested that big clubs will be on the hunt for Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois in the summer. The 28 year old Spaniard said:

“Hopefully we can continue this way and win Cup and League. I know that Conte and Mourinho have a strong character and clashed, it's a good thing that I did not get caught out, otherwise I would've got caught up with them. Eden is the best, he’s top. Barcelona and Real Madrid will have their eye on him and if a team like these knock on the door you have to think about it. It is normal that they love him but hopefully he will not leave.”

Eden Hazard has had a great season so far, and has scored 11 goals in the Premier League so far. Costa also added that Courtois, who spent 3 years at Atletico Madrid, has family and friends in Spain which would make his move easier.

“We know Courtois loves Spain, his family lives there, he’s a great goalkeeper and Real Madrid needs people like that. It will be bad news for Chelsea if Real Madrid sign Hazard and Courtois.”

Real Madrid have been linked with Courtois since a long time. However, it does not appear to be an important matter for the club, as Keylor Navas is excelling in the position for them. Costa also addressed the transfer rumours surrounding himself. A reported bust-up between Costa and Conte during training had given rise to many rumours surrounding his future.

“At Atletico I lived a great moment and this year I'm feeling good. There was a lot of talk about going to China, but you see, here I am."
